The bad part is I feel like I am the getting bullied. By the manager and the lady.
I'm going through Shalom House too what I would go and try to see Steven Bridges in Portland he's really good and he's the one that dealt with me Shalom House
depends on income and other factors not all inmates qaulify for housing.ask someone who works there.
You have to talk to them , it's a case by case . Also depends on security deposit
