We bought our 2020 Heartland travel trailer at Sierra RV a little over a year ago. The buying process went super smoothly and we definitely feel like we got a fair deal. What I really want to review though is the service department. You hear nightmare stories about RV dealership service departments. How long it takes to get your RV in and how long they keep it for even minor repairs and that has absolutely not been our experience. We've only had two small things go wrong with the trailer but both times Sean Petty in service was able to get us an appointment in a very timely manner, kept us updated while they had our trailer and got it back to us super quickly. Neither time was over four or five days. I can't recommend them enough. (And did I mention they did a great and thorough job on the repairs?) This is our third RV, but the first one that we have purchased at Sierra. We will never buy anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Amazing people to work with. Jerry Porter in sales was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Mike in finance was great to work with went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal out there. Everyone in the service department was great and did everything to make sure our experience was nothing but amazing.

From the moment we walk in the door, to the moment we drive off with our new RV, it is a memorable experience. Our salesman Chris was so hlpful in finding what we needed, Mike in Finance made sure we got a great rate and made the process so smooth, and when we were ready to pickup our new RV, another gentleman named Mike gave us a walk through and showed us how everything worked so we were prepared. I always recommend Sierra RV to everyone looking for a new RV or trailer.

We purchased our travel trailer from here. We are from AZ and because our state sold out of the trailer we wanted we had to come here to purchase it. Our sales Rep Nick was VERY helpful doing FaceTime with us so we could see the trailer & make sure it was the one we wanted. This RV company also gave us a great deal on the trailer. I would highly recommend this RV company & Nick, the sales man.
