I'd give them zero stars if I could. I placed an order yesterday and it told me that the order would be ready in like 40 min for pickup. When I went to the shop to pick it up it took 3 times calling for someone to answer the phone for curbside. They then told me that the website wasn't giving correct info and it usually takes 2- 3 hours for an order to be ready, and mine probably wouldn't be ready until tomorrow (yet never asked for my order number). I asked if I could just come in to get the items and the person on the phone basically said he didn't have access to the login info for the computer that orders were on. So I left and planned to go back today. This time I called before I left to see if they had my order ready. This time it only took one call to get through, only for them to open a couple of boxes from a shipment they just received and tell me that the item i ordered wasn't in yet so I could come down and get something of equal value. I opted to cancel my order and get a refund. No apologies were given to me by anyone, the site was giving wrong ETA, my item wasn't even in stock, etc. so the total lack of professionalism was ridiculous. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

I just wanted to take the time and Express my appreciation. I spoke to a lady the other day, her name was Linda, she was very nice. the day before I spoke with John I have severe depression and anxiety, I also have degenerative oa. I take pain meds but they don't really help that much. right now my husband is not around to help me due to personal problems, so my son and I are dealing with things alone. they were so nice the way they took time to talk to me,I really appreciated it. I plan on using this product. 🙀🙀🙀🌷🌷

I found a saving grace in using these products but each time I've gone back to reorder I have had conflicting info given. Last time my product was out and they mixed up new stuff for me right away.. But when I got back home and went to use it over the next few days it tasted very different and wasn't working as well. So I took the product back to see what they could do. I was sure they mixed it wrong. But I was told that wasn't possible and I must have just been imginaning things pretty much. I just vowed to not get that product from that sales person again. Well my spouse went to go get a new months supply and I asked him to ask whoever mixed it if they did to please be very transparent about the process to make sure I didn't have the same doubts. He was told they couldn't mix it in the store. He promptly told them that was not right as that is what they did last time. I always get the 1000 mg because I have severe fibromyalgia so we are talking about well over $100 a month. All of the sales reps need to be consistent.. This now makes me believe that I was right the first time and it was mixed wrong most likely. Sad. They lost a customer today. I understand if the sales rep says that they themselves can't mix it because they haven't been trained on it but that is not what was said. I also didn't have nearly much as relief with this past bottle. I just kept telling myself they knew what they were doing and it had to be right. And I was hoping to assuage such thoughts by asking them to show me each step of when they mixed..I swear I got less of the 1000mg last time or the ratio want completely right. I wish you all could have redeemed yourselves with me this time. When we are talking about the higher mg I'm sure most customers would want to make sure the company was being transparent. Too many companies today just assume we went question that. But this is medicine to people!

This place is outstanding. I have TMJ (lockjaw) and nothing other acupuncture has seemed to work. I looked into CBD oil for pain relief. Came here, completely ignorant to anything about it. The gentleman that helped me told me everything I needed to know and was extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely only go to this facility! Thanks so much!!!
