3rd time here since they started up. Honestly both previous experiences were better. New and improved expansion explains the over priced menu although they also had a large table blocking an exit which I'm pretty sure is a fire hazard. On one of these doors was a lovely duct taped mail slot. Classy. For the most part the improvements are nice. Staff are friendly food is good and giving current inflation and what not I'm not holding any of this against them. However summed up with all the visits, this visit we asked as soon as we got there for them to freeze our ice cream cake for a friends birthday. Someone neglected not only to freeze the cake but to tell us until they delivered it to the table as a soupy mess. We didn't let it get to us the wine was sitting just right and wanted to enjoy our friends birthday. The 5 of us enjoyed it anyway and for all of this is why this visit alone gets a 3 star. Slacking since our first and second visit even with the renovations.

Very overpriced for what you get. I had the Cuban and it came dripping wet with greas. My wife had soggy French toast. My wife was able finish her entire meal before I received mine. My meal came out incomplete with the fries coming later. Will not be returning.
