It's been almost a year since I took this shuttle, but I still remember it fondly. It was cold and I was sick as a dog and as tired as a person who hadn't slept well in a week. The shuttle got me to Medford with no issue and the driver was not only a great driver in the snow but also was quite the character. She made me laugh a number of times.

You were on the bus right? Probably not, but try calling their office. Edit to add: Normally questions about refunds can't be answered by Google reviews for any business. In all my experience as an adult, that's the company people talk to. Same goes for any problems you have, customer service, prices. We don't work there, how are we supposed to know?
No, it runs between Klamath Falls and Brookings. There are no bus lines currently running from Klamath Falls north on 97 past Chiloquin.
