Was helped by Lily who was informative, helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable about the products and even helped take our furniture to the car! Furniture was easy to put together with no damage and looked and felt like it was displayed in-store.

Great place to find awesome sales! Sales assistants are sweet hearted and patient. The store displays a lot of "what's new" though it could use someone like myself who at least have a knowledge of who's pushing the envelope in envelope design😁!?

We went for a return. The cashier woman said right away that it could not be returned since it is over 14 days. We told her that we had confirmed the return does not fall within 14 days, in fact for holiday, we can return till January. She insisted not, unwillingly enter our receipt information. Then she typed in wrongly, so said again "no". So we asked for a manager, and luckily he was able to set it straight for the return. What an experience with such cashier!

I had a good experience at the store. It was well stocked, although sales people were scarce. I did find someone who was helpful and found a chair I liked and put it together for me. All good. Daniel was very helpful. The 4 is because there were few on the sales floor and when I tried to phone to get a second chair, the phone was on music hold for minutes and minutes.
