They were great! My slider door was a choir to try and open. They showed up on time and had it fixed extremely quickly. I won't hesitate to use them again.

I chose to use Glass Doctor because of the great Google reviews. READ THEM CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE A COMMERCIAL BUSINESS. Apparently the reviewers here are not commercial customers. I would not recommend Glass Doctor for a commercial project, however. A litany of problems from the get-go all the way through until window trim parts were falling off and had to be put back at the end. I will say that I would consider Glass Doctor for my home. Their online quoting system is really slick but then you get a person show up that's been with the company for a few days to measure and they never return back to Glass Doctor. It cost me 5 weeks of delay because the guy they sent out did not return back to the office with my measurement quote. I guess he quit because nobody knew anything about him when I called 5 weeks later. Then several weeks later, the glass arrives and guess what? it's cut too large to fit the opening. Another major delay until the manufacturing of the correct size. Once the install was finally complete, the installers left the blinds on the floor. Just unprofessional all around. I'm sure the field guys have good intentions, but they're either poorly supervised or lack the ability to work independently and finish the project properly which ends with nobody being happy and bad reviews. So to recap, I would not recommend them for a business but may recommend them for a personal home.

Jake did a great job and he was super kind and quick. Price is very reasonable and they fixed it right on the spot the day they came out. Super happy

Installers were prompt, efficient and courteous. 10/10 for them. However the process for getting to be serviced is difficult for seniors not adept at smart phones. It took over 2 weeks to get serviced, when a visit could have helped much.4/10 for that.

Scratch removal in residential glass and light commercial applications is not a commercially viable solution. Basically, it is labor-intensive and not very successful. Furthermore, if the customer is not satisfied with the result, they are understandably not willing to pay for the time and materials invested by the glass company. Scratch removal and scratch buffing systems exist; however, they are typically only practical in warehouses, industrial, and on larger commercial glass projects. Please call our Glass Doctor office if you would like a more detailed explanation.
We specialize in glass replacement. We can, in most cases, remove the glass from the frame and install new glass. Your existing window sash will remain.
Most likely. However, if the mirror is glued to the wall, there is no guarantee that it can be taken down without breaking. If you can get the existing mirror off the wall, we will need the mirror brought to our shop to cut down. There is no guarantee that the mirror will cut without breaking either. We cannot be responsible if a piece of glass or mirror that belongs to a customer breaks when trying to cut it, but we always do our best to cut carefully.
If you use steam to fog the glass, you will see a tempered logo in one of the corners that shows the glass is safety glass. There are code requirements for safety glass as well. Consult with your local Glass Doctor for those requirements.
No. Each double or triple pane window is manufactured in a quality-controlled environment and sealed carefully to keep air or gas trapped between the panes. As more and more windows include a heat reflective low-emissivity (Low-E) surface inside the unit, these become irreparable once moisture oxidizes the material, leaving a discolored, moldy appearance inside the unit. Even without a Low-E surface, the water staining that occurs from condensing and evaporating over and over leaves a hazy film on the glass that cannot ever be cleaned to perfection.
Yes the glass doctor can help you.
Yes, we fix the track cap, rollers and locks.
No, there will be distortion in that area, its best to replace the tabletop or sliding door.

No, we do not install new windows frame and glass but we can replace glass and fix balancers.
I am sorry, I do not know a company that fixes glasses. We have something that we have used to repair decorative glass before, but I would not want to use it on a drinking glass. Sorry. I will keep looking for you.
They put glass in two of my kitchen cabinet doors and did a great job.Highly recommend!
Give them a call. Good company to deal with.
