If there was a negative star you would earn that I ordered on Friday the 16th to be delivered by the 21st to my father's 93rd birthday I got a call I was on the phone I returned the call immediately and could not reach anyone and had to hold at least 10 minutes I was told the driver could not get any reply well that is odd because my mother was pulling into the property at the same time so I think the driver was off doing something else you cannot reach anybody in the store in that particular town which is Melbourne Florida I will never do business with this company again and furthermore as far as getting a refund it will take 3 to 5 days well he didn't take that long for it to be pulled out of my account what an awful company has gone downhill so bad I used to use them

I ordered a chocolate Twix bar cake and chocolate strawberries, for my nephews 13th birthday, but he received a bouquet of flowers instead.. Smh. What type of Uncle orders flowers for his nephews 13th birthday? That's strange to say the least.. Customer service was terrible and I'm still waiting for a refund. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!

I went there to try and place an order and the door was locked during business hours. Then I went to a different location and they don’t place orders in store.!!! Both of these stores should be closed down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered an edible arrangement for my sick mother in early July. Three weeks later it still hasn’t been delivered, the store won’t answer the phone, and we can’t get a refund for almost $100 via their corporate store after opening multiple tickets. Their corporate can’t even get a hold of them. Take your money and run far away from these crooks. Edit: after reading other reviews here, I’m not the only one with this experience.

Hi Janet. I apologize for not responding sooner, especially to a question like this pertaining to someone's hard earned money being spent on a gift for someone. We're you able to make it into the store and speak with them directly? Unfortunately, this will probably be the only way you will get a resolution. I know they will gladly either remake the item for you or give you a refund. I sincerely hope you can get a resolution. Take care and stay safe.
