First time being towed, expect sufficient phone attention and a large bill. The image of the prices on here is no longer current; I was charged $50/day for my compact car. Expect to pay for one more day's storage than you actually have been there and expect a $175 charge for 1.45 hours of them transporting your vehicle 10 minutes down the road (I imagine due to admin time and worker time loading up your car). In addition if you've been towed here, take note an additional 10% tax from the city in addition to other fees will be applied. Nice enough guys, they'll tell you how much you owe *that* day, but you'll want to pick it up asap to avoid another $50/day. Don't be like me an work from home and not realize your car was towed for 4 days. Grand total: 508.00

Terrible service. Called to have an illegally parked car towed. Told me it would take an hour. 4 hours later still no show and told me they only have one 1 available and I would have to wait until tomorrow. Do not use.

The only reason I’m giving stars is because they didn’t hang up on me or try and force me to give them my location- assuming I needed a tow when I’m actually shopping for an impound company for an apartment building - like other companies did. But, while my phone call for service yesterday with Eric was beyond informative and helpful and pleasant, the phone call today with Carlos who was apathetic and seemingly uninterested in keeping my business was pretty displeasing. Sad that they stand to gain exclusive business for any towing needs at our building and yet don’t want to seem interested in helping me to purchase signs via corporate CC over the phone or billing my office. I get them not being able to change their policy but his attitude/demeanor is what really gave me a bad taste. Note to “boss Jerry” - get more Eric’s, less Carlos’
