Insanely long turnaround times, my car has been here for 2 years and they keep lying to me saying parts are on backorder when they aren't. They'll park your car in the back lot without a car cover in mid-summer where dogs will pee on your wheels.

Disorganized shop, poor management practices, they'll lie about the work they do, I specifically told them to grind down an alternator bracket for an aftermarket alternator install and showed them a video on the procedure. When I asked if this was done, they said yes, but it was never done and my alternator was not aligned and the pulley sitting crooked as a result, throwing off my belt alignment.
