Definitely give this place your business. Great accommodations. Clean interior. Everything you need and close to what you want. Views are incredible as well

One dirty, wet, used towel was left hanging on the hook behind the bathroom door. Makes you wonder how observant the staff is. The air conditioning barely adequate and has a smell to it. Too much room deodorizer is being used, had to open the windows to air it out. Remember some people have sensitivities to perfumes and are not expecting that in their rooms. It was quaint and a fun place to be for a couple of days. The lack of office staff from morning to 3pm can be a little problematic if you need something.

Booked to rent one of the cabins for a group. Never even got a chance to stay at the location because of some issues we ran into on the road. Tried calling them to cancel or adjust the date was told they would look into it and I never heard back from them. Called multiple times and left multiple voicemails over the following days and got no response.

BUYER BEWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK - WHOPPING 30% Change / Cancellation Fee no matter how far in advance. No grace/No mercy if you make a mistake on the date, qty of cabins, etc. There are many other options that won't hook you if you need to change. The way it reads is correct, but it is so similar to the typical cancellable bookings that if you need to change/cancel by 'such and such' date, there is a a 30% fee and I thought it was the regular week/day, etc (I am 6 months in advance). It just happens that the 'date' is TODAY. Ugh.... I needed to change from 1 lg cabin to 2 std cabins, (net increase in business) Realizing my booking mistake, I tried to cancel via vitural bot and realized I wasn't getting a full refund. Chatted with a live agent and 'reread' the cancellation wording. Oops! Asked if the $86 fee could be waived since I actually added 2 to remove 1 cabin, had just booked it, and it was 6 months in advance). I do own that the contract is clear when read carefully and it is my mistake. Expedia finally made contact and they refused to waive it. I tried contacting her directly to explain I actually removed 1 cabin so I could add 2 (more bookings, needed 1 more bed). Booking 6 months in advance and during peak season would be easy for them to fill again (unlikely to be a loss for them by how full the calendar is even before peak season.) I explained this and asked if they would consider to waive the $86. Kami was very nice on the phone and told me no problem but it had to be done through Expedia and that they would reach out to her to confirm our agreement - quick 2 minute talk..I followed through as directed by Kami, but when they called her (while I was on hold via chat), the story changed. Expedia reached out to her to confirm and they did speak to her while I waited on the chat line......... and she refused to waive the fee with Expedia on the line??? hmmmm. I went round and round w/ Expedia asking if they were sure and did they actually speak, in person, to Kami, (pretty unique name) and confirm we had already discussed this via phone? Yes - Yes ma'am, I assure you I have explained it correctly. They have decided to keep their cancellation policy, etc blah blah. Not sure why there is such a steep penalty to modify or change a reservation 6 months in advance (remove 1 cabin, add another type). So, just a caution as to how easy it is to make an $87 mistake when you miss the 'fully refundable' filter :-( Expedia made an effort twice on my behalf to no avail, but I may need to change to Booking.com or another venue that guarantees no cancellation fees because an $87 error really 'stings'. While I am in error and was asking the favor of waiving the cancellation fee, I am disappointed by the lack of ethics (did she blatantly lie to me?) and the lack of customer service displayed by Bryce Country Cabins and I hope this review is at least a reminder to read twice before you click reserve. 2/24/22 Follow-up: I did leave another voice mail confirming the debacle above (in detail and politely) and asked it if was just a mistake in the 3 party communication, etc. I like to give them "the benefit of doubt". They never answer the phone, only the voice mails....if that indicates anything. My return voice mail just says' we are returning your call'. Not any reference to what I called about, just 'we are returning your call'. Sounds like they want their $87 more than a satisfied customer. will modify this review if I have a positive outcome prior to my travels in July 2022.. It sounds and looks like a nice place to stay. BUT BUYER BEWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK - WHOPPING 30% Change / Cancellation Fee no matter how far in advance. No grace/No mercy DISAPPOINTING.

Are there laundry facilities here?

I don't think so. Unless they allow you to use their personal machines. There was no customer laundry room area.
