The store itself is fine but the cox service is awful. I gave 2 stars because the store is nice. We are forced to use cox because of our area and we lose connection constantly. The app says our connection is strong but it cuts out all the time. The store said to change the box so we did and it still happens. I’ve talked to other people in our area (RSM Fb page) and multiple people are saying they lose connection constantly.

My old modem broke. They replaced it. It's more expensive than buying 3rd party, but they support it. However, the store was friendly, relatively efficient, clean, and got the job done. They could log into my account, registered the device with the MAC address and all that stuff, and the device they handed over worked as soon as I plugged it in.

I'm not happy with their service at all. As COX promotion to sign up for 12 months and get the first month free, they had charged me for two months and after 6-7 Hours call and chat with them they couldn't find the problem, and they gave me another Phone number which I was on the hold for two hours, and I decided to go to the store. I was told by an associate that I have to call the sales department. COX IS NOT HONEST INTERNET PROVIDER.
