Susan captivated me and my husband as we walked by a home she just privately showed and she spontaneously invited us to the first open house the next day. She spoke enthusiastically through her car window as couldn't wait to tell us (or anyone) all about this amazing home. She was so excited about it and totally made us feel like old friends being asked to a "get together". Although we weren't looking for a home to buy, we had been thinking about selling ours as Covid-19 hit. We immediately knew she was the one to help us sell as she clearly and genuinely LOVED what she did! She never failed us. She helped us sell during a very challenging time in our lives. We really needed and felt her leadership the whole way. Yes! Home inspections are required if you plan on financing your home with an FHA or VA loan. For other mortgage programs, inspections are not required. However, home inspections are highly recommended because they can reveal defects in the home that are not easily detected.
