I don't normally write reviews but this place needs praise. I have rented from them muilple times and they are outstanding. They get you in and out quickly and efficiently. They have also worked with me on extending rentals while in and out of service. I have rented from all around the US and they are hands down the best location I have ever dealt with.

Do to limitations on Businesses and the Democrats making a mockery of the so called covid 19 issues, i believe that Enterprise Car Rental did a spectacular job in getting me a Car in a timely manner with no complications. They did a follow up to insure that the car I rented was working out for me and asked if I needed anything else! The Car was clean and I had a good experience!

I was in and out quickly. However, when I called for help to pair my phone to the vehicle only one person had the ability to help and they were busy. I was told they’d call back in 10 minutes and didn’t hear from them until the next day. Never got the phone to pair. Had to purchase and bring my own extra speaker.

Treated very well as usual. Only complaint is they are running ragged at that store and so you may end up waiting a bit, but if you’re willing to hang in there and they haven’t rented out all their rides...you won’t be sorry you waited. Their inventory isn’t as nice as Anchorage, which is a bit of a bummer when you’re looking for that ride that you’ve been promised online. If corporate could only give the same options as Anchorage. Hey...I can dream! Loved our Ford Fusion Eco though. Thanks Enterprise.
