They used my contact information to spam me several times while I was supposed to wait to order a new bike. They spammed me by phone and email. Also, it’s a big red flag their email comes from iCloud and not from the dealership. Maybe that worked in my favor because now I have a new Ducati Monster that I love.

I brought in my ole' 2001 GS1150 to get new tires on it. Everyone was polite, professional and service was good. The only issue I had was when it came time to pay. I was quoted a price prior to service. AFTER SERVICE WAS PREFORMED I was quoted a 3.5% additional fee if I used a credit card. Look...I get it. Business' have to pay fees to credit card companies when customers use them, but I just think business' should inform customers that they will incur additional fees if using a CC prior to performing services (Not after).

Cascade Moto of Eugene really knows customer service. Recently moved to Eugene and they've made me feel right at home; their service department going above and beyond taking care of my Triumphs. Happy to have such a great dealer/service department here in west-central Oregon.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! The team at Cascade Moto Eugene made this an easy and fun buying experience. I couldn't recommend this dealership enough. Thank you Cascade Moto for getting me on my new Triumph! I absolutely love it!

Ms. Doolittle, As mentioned below, the music is intentional. We've had years of problems with people camping underneath our overhangs, as well as engage in elicit activity. Until we started playing classical music, we would come to work to find trash, needles, bodily fluids, human waste, etc. While we have a no trespass letter on file with the Eugene PD (EPD), they don't have enough resources to patrol for trespass violations as well as respond to accidents, burglaries, domestic violence, etc. Following many reported issues of problems during non-business hours and attempted break-in in 2017, EPD's Crime Prevention Specialist made a courtesy visit and praised us for using the classical music technique to deter loitering and trespassing; in fact, several studies have shown that transients do not like classical music in particular. So, the music getting your attention has achieved our objective of creating a safer environment for our staff, customers, and community in general.
Hi Tony, While we don't buy used riding gear, we can recommend (as others have) that you place it for sale on FB Marketplace, eBay, or Craig's List. Also, there is a group that is organized out of First Baptist Church who may take gear as a donation. They have a youth program that integrates motorcycling (off-road) in their program. Thanks for asking!
They were not. As mentioned the Cycle Parts store down the street was a couple years ago. At this time, your closest Triumph dealerships are in Beaverton, Oregon (Cascade Moto Classics) and Gladstone, Oregon (Latus Triumph). Or the guys at European Motorcycles in Eugene will put you onto a sweet new BMW 🤤
We do not rent motorcycles. You'll want to check with MotoQuest (www.motoquest.com), as they have a location in Portland to pick-up/drop rental motorcycles.
Thank you for the message. Playing the classical music is a safety measure for our customers and staff. Without playing the classical music, transient population make camp, leave trash and human waste, and create a nuisance and safety issue for both our customers and staff. Over the years we have tried a variety of techniques to mitigate this issue without any support from the City of Eugene. We began playing the music over a year ago and the issues disappeared; in fact, we were visited by the City of Eugene Police Department and learned that this is the preferred approach to dealing with the transient and homeless population. Until the City of Eugene addresses the transient and homeless population, we will need to continue this practice.
