I have been going to Crossfit Draper for over three years. It is my second family, I would recommend it to all. Everyone at Crossfit Draper is so nice and welcoming. They are always happy to have new people and everyone makes sure to include them and help them if needed. Plus the regulars continue to grow the relationships they already have with the others in the gym. The trainers are awesome. Every trainer makes sure to explain the WOD and go over every technique in detail. Warming up is required. The warm up is on the board and you can do it when you arrive or wait and do it with a partner. They even offer cash outs for extra. I started going to Crossfit Draper 6 weeks after my first baby was born. I have never felt more strong and in tune with my body. The trainers at Crossfit Draper are not only extremely professional they are also very personal as well. CFD knows how to scale for any injury, body type, age, situation, etc etc. The coaches are super attentive and always on hand to make sure you know what you are doing or to correct form when needed. They are also extremely encouraging and I always leave feeling like a better version of myself. I love the community you feel at CFD and how everyone is so friendly.
