Kate is amazing!! I’ve seen her a couple of times for facials and she’s very educated and very thorough with her facials. I’ve gotten normal and their derma machine and both were great. I love that she listens to my needs and also recommends skin care for at home. She’s a great conversationalist and super friendly but also when I want a quiet relaxing facial she knows how to give both and can sense the vibe for the day. 10/10 recommend Kate.

Canceled on my daughter for her birthday massage 10 minutes before her appointment. Didn’t offer a different service. Wanted me to believe there was an emergency. 10 min before? Wouldn’t the therapist been at work already?? Oh when I brought that up all of a sudden she got real snippy. Got caught in a lie. They'd rather lose a customer or two then make things right. Sad day for customer service.
