I frequent this location a lot. car wash is great, but management is terrible. The employee i believe to be the store manager is underqualified and too young to be holding the position. I also noticed that management was on their phones and hid inside while employees spend hours outside in the heat without breaks.

Last week I went to this specific car wash, and while I was in the wash one of the machines tore off the spoiler on the back of my car. Once I got out of the wash I immediately let the person know and they got it for me. I filled out a claim and they took pictures. They said they would call me after a couple days, they called me yesterday while I was busy and when I called them back no response. I have called the place about 5 times over the past couple of days and still no response.

Horrible! They did the worst job on a $60 (the best they have) wash. They barely vacuumed, just wiped once over the dash, and didn't pay a bit of attention to detail. They cleaned my leather with an Armor All like substance which is terrible for it. My truck wasn't even THAT dirty, yet they cleaned no corners, just wiped it down quick. Even the outside is still dirty. Windows are foggy in the corners and dirt in the wheel wells. Worst $60 I've ever spent. They did this last time also. The only reason I went back is because my wife bought me a gift card. Never Again!!! Now I'll go spend the next hour cleaning their product off of my leather and properly clean the rest of the truck.
