Don't believe anything a customer support agent tells you. They will lie to you to get you to sign up or upgrade your service and or device. They won't hold up their end of the bargain and in the end you will pay more money. I've been dealing with these guys on a promotion for my sister's phone. 6 months later we still have to pay more money because they didn't give us the right information and lied about the stipulations in the contract. Make sure you read your contract before you sign up because what they tell you and what's in the contract will be 2 different things. And don't count on corporate fixing their mistakes because they won't. They allow their customer service agents to lie to you and then hold you responsible for it. Terrible business practices and their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

The power is constantly going out during the day when I work from home for 4-6 hours A DAY! They refuse to compensate my lost wages and take hours to fix the problem. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Awful internet connection, looking for a better option now. A company who actually cares about there costumers.

Xfinity is the absolute worst, my internet keeps going out and I need it to work from home and when I call for tech support they ask if we've reset the router, like we wouldn't try that first. They've switched the router to and we're still having the same issues. Don't waste your time getting Xfinity.

Walked in, the people were super nice. And then this one lady helped us out and did not understand what I was talking about. Then the internet went down and she told us to just call customer service not even a minute after the internet went down. Normally when this happens you wait at least 5 minutes and then tell them to call customer service. This lady was rude.
