Techically yes, but this office is not open to the public. The closest visitor center to Torrance, CA is that of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, near Calabasas.

Elle, where you can buy a National Park Lifetime Ticket, is close to where you are.

Please call your nearest National Park Service Visitor Center or US Forest Service Ranger Station for information about park passes. In Los Angeles, that can be the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area Visitor Center, or the Angeles National Forest Headquarters
