“ I WAS STUNNED, I WAS SPEECHLESS” After returning home from Zetts with my order of Bass, Channel Cats and Walleye . I was stunned to see that 2 Walleye had not survived the 2 hr trip to my pond . They were belly up already and the rest was lethargic . The rest of my fish were were active and energetic . I called Zetts right away . The boys had gone home already. I called shortly after 9:00 a.m. . He was out on the truck and would return my call, which he did. He didn’t argue the fact that there might have been dead Walleye. He said we gave you a few extra because we didn’t have the 6”/7” that you ordered . We gave you extra . So you still have 10. That wasn’t the deal ! Send dead Walleye to make up the difference if you have to. I was literally speechless . Zetts have a great reputation . This mistake that could have been easily correct but wasn’t , tarnished that reputation . Yesterday and today were sad days for me. I hold no grudges. I wish them well. I just need to group these nice folks in with millions and millions of other small business owners . If some one wants to verify , I have pics and times.

This is the best place I have ever went fishing at my entire 27 years of being on earth. I absolutely love the folks here and how many holding ponds there are. I like the fact that there is a lot of wildlife here I.e. turtles, frogs, tadpoles, plenty of fish galore, and all of the birds. Me and my daughter came here from Georgia last spring break with my mom, dad and grandpa and we had an amazing time. Caught plenty of cats while we were there and my daughter, somehow, caught a small fish by the gill. Now we will be coming back for another visit this spring break with my hubs in tow so he can experience this beautiful place. Thank you so much for all of the memories we’ve created here and the wonderful customer service. You guys rock!! Any tips on which pond holds trout? That’s one of my favorite fish to cook up.
