Well their shrimps don't last a day, their "10" red claw is (2) unless 2 can completely consume 8 in under a day with nothing left behind they never sent 10. Took months to get the catfish which they sent 3 weeks after I told them to cancel it because the lack of crawfish. The picture below is what came as catfish also with obvious wounds to their body this one it's his/her head. Btw it's not catfish either

I really don't think I've ever gone out of the way to document a bad review. My experience with this business is already mentioned by other reviewers.[QUANTITY, SIGNIFICANTLY NOTICEABLE SIZE DISCREPANCY AND NEARLY $100 SHIP FEE TO RECEIVE IT A MONTH LATER) I specifically searched and patronized this business because they were small and family-owned, supposedly. I highly recommend not ordering from this entity. After this review, I will be filing a nefarious business practice with the FTC, CFPT and the BBB.

I had researched for weeks on aquaponics fish and finally found one that was not only local but had a wealth of information. The website was simple and easy to navigate. The information on each individual fish was invaluable. I ordered my 15 channel catfish fingerlings and specified a gate pickup. I thought all I would get was just that. My fish and go. But to my surprise I received 17 beautiful fingerlings and a wealth of information from the owner. He took the time to listen to my questions and even showed me how he had his setup. Then he explained the different breeds to me and helped me decide on my next order. The friendly and knowledgeable staff/owner has made me a customer for life. I look forward to ordering my colony of White Nile Tilapia knowing that I will be receiving quality fish from a reliable aquaponics source. I have had my channel catfish for a month now with no losses and they are all growing larger. My daughter loves to feed them with me. Thank you John for all that you do.
