The lady was rushing my family & she can’t even speak or understand english. She clearly can’t do her job. She did her job awful & the bagel was disgusting.

If this was not the only bagel place in town they woukd have gone out of business years ago. Just made my last visit. The service is terrible. They always have 3 or 4 peopke making the bagels but only one person doing the cash register. Makes for chaos and a traffic jam. You cannot get in and out quickly. Friendly service is non-existent. Just prepare yourself for as the staff just yells "NEXT!" And instead of focusing on service they have chosen to yell at people in line for the way they are wearing their masks. Worst restaurant experience ever and not worth it for a mediocre bagel at best.

Staff is rude and short. Won't look you in the eye and act as if they are the busiest people in the nation....these are simple bagels people hahaha...food is always good and all 3 stars are for the food. If you can handle rude peeps the food is worth. Wish they would replace the manager and staff they've had for like 15 years..place is busy but could boom with the right help

Best Bagels anywhere. Always freshly made . Wed special bakers dozen for $5.99 sooo good. I usually call ahead to order a doz almost every wed.
