Disgusting! I ordered burger combo today. Everything was going well until I open my Caesar salad and while eating it I found a bug in it! Was gonna give this a solid review until! UPDATE: 2 stars for good customer service Reached out to customer service they said they contacted the actual restaurant and are working in fixing the provlem

My family likes Chili's, and we've given this location a couple tries, but both done-in and takeout experiences have been consistently horrible. The wait staff are friendly enough, but theyre clearly under-staffed. On our latest visit, we had to move booths because multiple ants started crawling into the table. The manager failed to communicate this move to our server, so we were forgotten for a long time. Our order was entered with a minor mistake, our fries were not fresh, refills took forever, and dessert that we order to-go was brought out on plates,.and we had to box them ourselves.

Horrible service. Rude, disrespectful, horrid, disgusting, pathetic, and a waste of oxygen. These are the words that best describe the gremlin hostess I had the displeasure of speaking to at this establishment. I feel sorry for everyone else who works there because they have to breathe the same air. My condolences to the rest of the poor staff that has to work in the same building as that creature. The place was basically empty at lunch time and three small parties were still waiting to be seated. Embarrassing. Other reviews also mention long waits so I know this experience is common here. Now I know why the place was so empty at lunch time.

Fajitas were good. Food was timely and hot. Service was a little off. Not attentive. Bathrooms are a Pig pen. Place lacks up keep. Good if you want a quick bite not a night out.
