Cool city park. Great walking trails both asphalt and dirt. Location of the Allegheny Observatory. Standard time zones set there. Nice fenced dog park also. All in all a super chill woodsy vibe with some great history especially when including the old observatory at the center.

A real treat tucked away up in the north side of Pittsburgh. Beautiful twisty curvy roads! If you are biking prepare for some serious elevation changes. Beautiful park.

I have been going to Riverview Park since I was a child. Now I frequently ride thru to see the scenery and decompress while I listen to music. Venturing off into the woods is always relaxing too!

A beautiful place to hike trails through the woods and ride the circuit around the Park, especially the exhilarating ride down the winding one way road from the Observatory! Best times of the year are definitely spring, summer and fall. There are a few different herds of deer, wild turkey as well as a variety of beautiful song birds... Get out of the house and interact with nature, we ARE part of it!

They even have a small dog parklet, and a large dog park. Dogs are permitted everywhere on leash.

Take Riverview Ave off of Perrysville and follow it to the stop sign. A right turn will take you up to the observatory and dog park, a left will take you down into the park loop.
