A great location for a relaxing hike in the woods and swamp. This place has many small loops inside the main loop. There are lot of snakes, spiders and bugs along the swamp trail, but they are pretty harmless . The trails are slippery and muddy after rain, so I would suggest proper hiking shoes for this place.

This park is breathtaking, serene and magical. I am so glad I got to see it on such a beautiful day and will definitely be back to experience more of its beauty!

These trails are amazing! They feel so seclusive and have beautiful views. There are so many trails and you could walk for just a few minutes or longer than an hour with all the ways that the trails go off. We like to park at ardolino's Pizza and walk back across the bridge that way.

This place is amazing!!! I visited the park a few days ago and it was lovely. The trail paths are clear and clean. And it is lovely to see the river as well. Plus, there were so many flowers down there and many different birds, bluejays, cardinal, and many more. You have to see trees that are very large and peaceful.

Questions & Answers

Are dogs required to be on a leash, and do dog owners follow the rules? Typically go to Whiskey Point, but dogs run loose there, tired of hearing "don't worry, hes friendly" from the owner 50 yards away. Not everyone likes your dog, oblivious.

We moved to S Hills a few weeks ago, and have 2 dogs. Rules on dogs are pretty strict here. So far people have been following the rules about leashes! We always leash ours

It is very close to it. The area where the hospital was is currently being built up with new "luxury homes"

It is a nice park but peak leaves are gone. Now I would do a city background from Mt. Washington look out or from an Incline plane. Just my opinion.

Yes, they are now zombies. Sometimes you will see a few in the hot tub. You can tell them by their lack of tattoos.
