The staff at Cycle Gear was outstanding. The manager Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. But Shelby, in the helmet section, was the most helpful of all. Her customer service skills were exemplary. I will definitely be a customer for life. I would highly recommend a visit to the Kearney Mesa store.

My wife and I went in the the store with the mission of getting her her first jacket, gloves, and helmet! Right off the bat a gentleman named Nolan and a gentleman named Ben started helping us pick out all the appropriate gear! My wife is tiny so finding the right helmet was near impossible but Ben helped us order the right helmet and helped us order some different cheek pad inserts as my wife’s head is pretty small. Thanks to them we were in and out relatively quickly as their knowledge of the products greatly assisted in our shopping experience. Super thankful for those two! I Also want to shout out Kristina who was the first to actually recommend the right helmet for my wife all though she was also helping three other customers at the time. She still was able to take the time to help us and I am appreciative of her knowledge of the products as well! Overall a great experience and perfect examples of why I always come to this store!

I was looking for a motorcycle/scooter jacket and Cycle Gear has an amazing selection. The main benefit of Cycle Gear over mail order is being able to try on the jackets and get the expert opinions of the staff. The Cycle Gear staff also assisted me with the accessories that specifically fit the jackets I was interested in. E.g. Back guards, safety reflectors, gloves. Ben is the gentleman that checked me out but there were two other staff members that stayed past closing to assist me. They never rushed me, rather sincerely helped me with my purchases. Some items I was interested in were out of stock, so Ben helped check the warehouse and nearby stores for their inventory. In short, Cycle Gear has a great selection of anything you may need for your motorcycling needs and a staff that is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

Today's Ride

Sales staff were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They directed me to the products I was looking for and showed me some that were on sale. They provided tools and tips for installing the product I purchased. I didn’t walk through the store but it’s huge and looks like they have tons of cycle gear. Many thanks
