Scheduled Ztrip in advance to collect someone at the airport. Their driver apparently waited only 10 minutes past the literal flight arrival time. Not even enough time to deplane! I called ZTrip and after being on hold for 40 minutes, then passed between 3 different dispatchers, was told they couldn’t guarantee how quickly a new driver could be summoned. Had to get Uber instead, will be seeking a refund from Ztrip

Ordered scheduled taxi 12 hours in advance and never showed. Called phone number several times and automated system answered and assured us our taxi would text us when on its way. We Ubered home instead and taxi never texted. Very disappointing first experience with ztrip, and will be the last.

I ordered a wheelchair accessible van from them to help me bring my aunt to a doctor appt (reserved a week before the appt!) They never showed up!! When I called, they said they are looking for a driver but didn't know when one was available. I had allowed extra time but we still missed the appt and then I canceled the ride. So frustrating. I will never use their services again and if you want to get somewhere on time, don't either!

Cab #206 was very helpful. Its my first time visiting USA and driver #7927 has helped me with infant car seat as I didn't have one. I thank you for your wonderful and safe service.

Yellow cab in Pgh is garbage. One time I waited for 4 hours to be picked up. Dispatchers were rude. I moved and now own my vehicle and call Uber if I need a cab. I hope scumbag mafia like yellow cab will go bankrupt soon.
Yes. Must call dispatch make a special request. Not required to pick up customer unless they are coming into city.

I would try uber their pretty reliable if you're able to schedule the ride the night before or at least a few hours before you need to be wherever.
I couldn't tell you on pre scheduled trips I use medical transportation and I have to give the 72 hours advanced notice I thought ztrip was just a regular taxi service. I couldn't tell you yes or no? Sorry
Yes of the doctwrs office gives a voucher for ztrip or taxi tickets
