I couldn't tell you on pre scheduled trips I use medical transportation and I have to give the 72 hours advanced notice I thought ztrip was just a regular taxi service. I couldn't tell you yes or no? Sorry
Interesting. I can honestly say I have never had that problem, but I've always reserved one the day before I needed it. I have no idea whether that made the difference or not.
