We've (between my husband and I) met a number of new hygienists in the last year or so, but they continue to impress. I especially appreciated Shallini (sp?) taking gum measurements at the start of the appointment - it just made it less stressful. And her advice on how to keep my Waterpik clean!

Fluoride makes teeth stronger and prevents tooth decay. All major dental organizations — the American Academy of Pediatrics, ADA, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — recommend using fluoridated toothpaste when children brush their teeth. Adults also benefit from fluoride, protecting their teeth against cavities and tooth decay.
