normally whenever I call this CVS, I am left on hold for ten minutes at the least and sometimes even just hung up on. its very frustrating, but today the phone was picked up almost immediately which took me by surprise and i was pleasantly helped by the nicest woman. incredibly friendly and managed to save me a ton with coupons. if you call here ask for Shannon she made my day.

This store has gone downhill since Mike pharmacy manager and Pharmacist Mrs. Dorezio are no longer at this location. The phone goes unanswered, I headed 4 phone calls on my way there from my doctor to let them know I was on my way to pick up a medication no answer. When I arrived there I sat at the window for over 5 minutes and I can see them all inside talking and laughing and completely ignoring the customer in the drive through. The previous pharmacist Mike did an outstanding job at this store, no longer the case. Whoever is in charge now needs some training on dealing with the public. Never dealt with this poor service from this store until now. This many bad reviews should be raising red flags to higher ups. Taking my business somewhere else.

Sadly I’m in the same boat as everyone else. Not one to write reviews but the phone goes unanswered. I had my girlfriend call while I was and both phone calls rang for 20 mins no answer. The old pharmacist Mike did an outstanding job. Whoever is in charge now needs some serious training for dealing with the public. Never dealt with this poor of service from this store until now. This many bad reviews should be raising red flags to higher ups.

Unfortunately all these reviews are true. CVS HR needs to get rid of the entire pharmacy staff and replace them with new people who can answer the phone and have nicer customer service skills. Unless you’re willing to drive here to directly get a response you are likely never going to get support on the phone.
