I see a lot of bad reviews but I have personally never had a bad experiencewith them. I've been filling all of my family's prescriptions in CVS pharmacies for the past 20+ years. They always have pretty good deals. Love the ExtraBucks rewards and the CarePass program. Staff is always polite and helpful. I was so glad when I they opened up this location. Waiting time isn't bad, only thing I do recommend is that if there's 3+ cars in line on the drive thru, you're better off parking and going inside to grab your meds.

Monique in the minute clinic lied to my face about having no appts avail at all that day. I made one online for a hour after that(the whole afternoon was avail)and when i called her out on it she said, “i meant i didn’t have any in the morning”. She was nice once i got in but it was too late. She lied to me and then insulted my intelligence by lying again! All this after getting the runaround by 3 diff cvs locations!! If they weren’t the place for my insurance, i would never ever step foot in a cvs again.

Pharmacy closes early which is very frustrating. I pulled up to the drive-through around 7:42 PM and there was a red van in front of me. The people in front of me decided to apparently order everything in the store and took forever for them to collect everything. So by the time they handed out all four bags, it was 7:55 PM. I was waiting patiently, just to get my one prescription that I really needed. This is the only time I could pick it up because of my work schedule. I finally pulled forward at 7:55 PM and the gate is already closed. If you say you close at 8:00 pm. Please stay open until that time. Me picking up one prescription would not have taken that long.

Do not fill your prescriptions here! I have had a handful of negative experiences. The most recent, and final, was when I called ahead to have my prescription filled and was told it would be ready in an hour. After about an hour and a half later I pull up to their drive-thru only to be told that my order was not filled due to a lack of stock. The pharmacist made no attempt to contact me and didn’t seem apologetic in any way. Terrible customer service. Save yourself some time and headache and go elsewhere.
