This place is just ok. Maintenance usually takes FOREVER to get things fixed. They do not care if it’s an emergency or even important. Management rarely answers the phone. If they are talking with someone else, they don’t even acknowledge you have entered the building. I love having a townhome but honestly that’s the only thing I like about here. It has nothing to do with the community, management, or the way they run things here. Called about a maintenance issue that I considered to be important due to the fact that it would keep me up at night and they said I had to deal with it because it’s “not considered an emergency “. God forbid if anything happens to your apartment during non-business hours because it’s not their problem at that point. EDIT: The next morning , I husband went to the office to discuss our “non emergency” and they agreed that the on call person handles it incorrectly. They quickly came to our place and fixed the issue and were very nice and apologetic. They handled the situation much better.

I have been here at Liberty four years and they are outstanding. My place is so nice with high ceilings, plenty of room. They have a Pool, hot tub, weight room area, playground etc. I take my son fishing and see the ducks at the pond across the way. They even have a walking path Everyone is friendly. Whenever I have had issues, they are right here. My water heater went out and they replaced it no problem. Everyone at the office here is absolutely helpful, understanding and fun. They always are doing fun things for their residents. It's a privilege to be part of the liberty community. I even have the white picket fence. If only I could purchase my apartment !😁

I swear they are always in your business. I lived in many apartments complexes, and never like this, and they have so many inspections. I feel like it was invasion of privacy. Also nobody has to be home for them to be in your house inspecting. Also when they inspect your garage they have to go through your house to get to it. They don’t just open the garage from the out side. I feel like it’s just a excuse to find things to fine you, or be in your business. Rent here if you don’t mind some one alway in your business.

I have had the pleasure of living in the Liberty Commons Apartment complex for a couple of years now. I have personally enjoyed every moment being here and appreciate the quality of service that I've always received. Even after a management change, any concerns I've had has always been met with their amazing staff that guarantees me professional work. Until I'm blessed with a home of my own, I don't see myself leaving this wonderful community where I've met great friends in the office as well as my neighborhood! Thank you Liberty for all you do!!!

No. But be advised that utilities are not included, so you have to deal with the utility companies directly.
