I was on hold for less than a minute! The guy from the pharmacy helped me quickly and made small talk. He was extremely friendly and personable. My rx was ready within 15 minutes even with a transfer! Great experience.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to go to. Each and every time I go in to get something filled, it’s not ready. Even if I’m texted saying that it’s ready, I come in, and it’s not ready. Without fail, every single time. IHC transitioning to CVS was a terrible decision and has completely compromised overall customer service. I can’t imagine being a cancer patient having to drive to the same pharmacy over and over again due to this joke of a place.

If I could give no stars I would. I waited in the drive through line for 15-20 minutes today to pick up 3 prescriptions. (Aleady pd for)CVS had text me last night and said they were ready. When I finally get to the pick up window I was greeted by a recording that says they were closed for lunch (this was at 1:30) there was also 1 car behind me. So, I went inside. The woman in front of me was helped I was told they were closed for lunch and to come back in 30 minutes. Their website says they are open 24 hrs. It says nothing about closing for lunch. There were at least 3 maybe 4 employees behind the counter. It's not necessary for everyone to go at the same time. This is very poor customer service. I will not fill my prescriptions here ever again

Everyone I've interacted with is very nice. The pharmacy is quick and polite. However, if you fill a prescription, be prepared to be badgered to death. Between constant text and call reminders, it took me months to figure out how to get them all to stop, and I'm not sure they have. My previous pharmacy closed and sent my prescriptions here, not my choice and I'm considering switchings if I get anymore calls.
