I will never go to the Smiths on Harrison Boulevard in South Ogden again. We normally don't shop here, but we had just come out of the hospital and it was around the corner. In their ad, they have 12 packs of Pepsi products, three 12-packs for $12.88. I had a total of nine, mixed and matched different flavors. My cashier questioned another lady if there was a limit on the 12 packs. The lady was Shawnee, not sure how to spell it, and she told us there was a limit of eight 12 packs. I made the comment of why would the limit be 8 when you have to buy in multiples of 3 to get the discounted price. She very loudly and rudely yelled at me and told me she was just doing her job. I told her okay as a customer I was just voicing my opinion. She continued rudely, and loudly, to me that she has bills to pay, rent to pay, and she's going to do her job the way she's told to do it. So I asked her in return if it was also her job to not be courteous and to also be rude to customers. When I got out to my car, I told my husband what had happened. He had tried to call the store, to speak to the manager, but the phone rang literally for 5 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. He ended up calling the main Kroger office who ended up having no answer to why they would limit an odd number like that. 🤔

The little store that could always busy and reasonably well-stocked, employees are friendly and helpful, could be a bit cleaner but not bad.

Store is fine, if not a little dated and products blocking what should be walkways. The pharmacy is not accepting new patients, FYI. Never heard of that before, got to love Kroger’s interesting policies.

Let’s just all agree right now that costumer service has gone to the wayside. I try my best to be understanding, but sometimes it’s so frustrating because you just want to be treated with kindness. Well that is exactly what happened today when I picked up my click list order. Aurtro (sorry if I spelled that wrong) helped me today, he came out and apologized for the wait, which actually wasn’t long at all. He was so friendly and kind and made me feel like he truly cared! I left feeling valued as a customer and very happy with my experience. I feel like we are all very quick to report something negative, which sometimes is justified. But I feel like we should be just as quick to recognize someone who is doing a good job. So thank you Aurtro, Keep up the good work!
