Five stars is a half a star too high. Because THIS Smith's is the ONLY one in the Ogden area where my phone doesn't work. It USED to work in this store, not now. It works in the other 2 stores around here. WEIRD

This place is ridiculous for there long lines all the time with only one person helping customers. And this is not due to staffing issues. Thus was going on pre covid and has not gotten any better. In fact I think it is worse. They just do not ever pay attention to there customers standing in lines.

Always love the store the lady in the bakery, bless her heart, helped me with a friends birthday cake. She went out of her way just to see that special someone have a good day. I hope she knows that it's greatly appreciated. I went in about 6:00 on June 1st. I'm sorry I don't remember your name, but thank you!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. These cashiers were huddled together late at night talking trash about their customers. I was even on my phone with my mom, and she was in shocked because she could hear them through the phone. I get that customers can be rude/hard to deal with, but you shouldn’t be talking trash on them when other customers are around. I’ll just take my business elsewhere, even though this Smith’s is the closest around. This Smith’s needs help! Management please train your employees to be better. I might even report on BBB.
