Avoid this place. Been sitting in line for 30 minutes waiting for our food. This is the antithesis of fast food. UPDATE ON FOOD NOW THAT WE GOT IT. Most of it is cold. Hamburgers had that fresh from the freezer taste. Nashville chicken was greasier than a Greaser in the Outsiders. Fries weren't bad, honestly.

Picked up KFC for 4th of July get together with family. We had to add an additional order & the meals came with drinks. There were just 2 of us picking it up. We called in everything except the additional order. It was waiting under the heat lamps and drinks were in the holders. We added the additional order and I was going to ask for another drink holder, didn't have to. The employee already got it and readjusted the drinks so they wouldn't spill in the car. They were fast, friendly and the food was good. I got the strip meal. I don't like bones in my meat😉 So, instead of cooking for picnics, just call KFC ahead of time and pick it up. Who wants to cook when it's sooo hot????

I know Covid has hit us hard, but they SERIOUSLY have scraped the bottom of the barrel with whoever the female employee who ‘served’ us was. She had an attitude the second we walked in and was short with us that we asked about what was in different meals. She forgot my receipt and I asked for it. She told me, ‘Hold on, I’m doing this,’ literally seconds after she checked me out. I complained to the manager and the lady behind me attested that she saw it and the girl did basically the same thing 15 minutes earlier and messed up her order. Another couple in the lobby approached us and said they were treated the same way. Her manager asks that we give her a break because she’s new. No Sir, I will not give her a break. Treating paying customers like that is not acceptable. Acting entitled and like I’m bothering you, at your job, is not acceptable. Rant done, the end. Would give zero stars if I could.

I really enjoy going to KFC it has always been one of my family's favorites. I remember my dad would get a bucket of chicken along with jalapenos. And when they had wonderful Banana Cream Pies. I have never had a problem with there service.
