Refused to fill a legal and lawful script for Ivermectin. The reason cited for refusal was Rite-Aid corporate policy and not pharmacist judgement. Since when do corporations practice medicine? I'm high risk and had been taking Ivermection prophylactically for 26 weeks. Had to send to Texas. What a disgrace! Good thing I wasn't sick. Have joined a class action lawsuit against Rite-Aid

I scheduled a covid vaccine so I stood in line 15 min at pharmacy on krutches in pain (had hip replacement) waiting then I see probably 5 to 6 ppl waiting to get there shots my apt was at 6:51 it was 7:10 when I walked out the door and I did not get my vaccine .... shouldn't have to wait hour or more when I was scheduled!!!! Ridiculous won't go back and no seats

The pharmaceutical residents in this pharmacy went above and beyond to help me today! I passed out from dehydration and they came out immediately and brought me a chair and some water! They were so kind and caring.
