Magical! It’s the only way to describe what happened here. We attended jazz concert June 10, 2022. Matt Mauser and the Pete Jacobs band delighted the audience (Matt does a lot of Sinatra which we love, dances too!). Our friends had never been to Kimberly Crest and were dazzled by the beauty. See for yourself.

If you love history or even just like flowers, this is definitely a place to visit. This is something you could do if you’re new to the area (like myself). I personally did not get a tour of the mansion, but i definitely will next time i come. Walking up, you get an amazing smell of the florals that surround you. It’s extremely relaxing and worth coming to. I spent about 40 minutes viewing all the flowers, but you could definitely spend more time if you visit the orange trees.

I am a Historical Landmark Finder! This is the house of Kimberly family since 1905! Historical landmark #1019 This is such a beautiful french chateau victorian style - Architectural master piece... Wow! Thank you for the family of Kimberly and prospect park property, Kimberly-shirk association, and also the city of Redlands, for maintaining and preserving awesome historical master piece! Me and my kids went there around 3 55, but they close 4 pm and i just couldn't resist to get inside and check it out and snap some photos. This is nice place in the middle of the Prospect park in the city of Redlands.

It's a beautiful mansion, full of history and architecture galores. Guided tours are available every half hour on Thu, Fri, and Sun 1 PM-3:30 PM. The tours can be reserved online for $10 per person, but it's not necessary to buy the tickets in advance. You can just sign up for the tour at the office when you arrive. No photos are allowed inside the mansion. It's free if you just want to take pictures of the garden and exterior, which is open from Mon-Fri 10 AM-4 PM and during our hours.

You can take pictures outside. Inside is by appointment only. Tours are currently over until September
The Women's Tea was on the lawn, so I never went inside of the mansion.
I'm sorry I don't know what you're referring to
I would call them just to get some INFO on the date&time👍😎
Unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible
Yep, you might have to schedule it though
I think it probably depends on the event, but the website should have the calendar.

Yes, as Susan says, contact them.
The main house has a total of 8 bedrooms. There are two full baths on the upper floors of the house, and a half bath on the first floor. The half bath was added in the 1930s. Kimberly Crest was built in 1897. There is also complete living quarters above the carriage house. The property sits on 6.25 Acres. I am a docent there, this is why I'm able to answer the question.
$10 for an adult. The tour lasts 45 minutes. I work as a tour guide there. We talk about the gardens, and we take you on a tour of the inside of the house also.
Many years ago a little known horror movie was filmed at the house. Sorry can't remember the name of it. It will never happen again though...(I give tours of the house)
