Online payment portal has been down for the last 3 months whenever I try to pay my bill and now, I find that my online account has been "disabled". I call in and they tell me I have to pay it online at which point I explain that I can't. I'm simply told to just "keep trying". They then email and threaten to shut off my water for non payment. FINALLY was able to make a one-time payment online after I'm assuming late fees were charged. I can't even view my bill to confirm anymore. Nothing I can do about it.

LAKE ELSINORE VALLEY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT / EVMWD ARE COMPLETE AND UTTER HEARTLESS SAVAGES!!!!! If there is ANY other options for water in lake Elsinore I Will take it IMMEDIATELY!!! EVMWD DESPICABLE action that they PRIDE themselves on, knowing you are at there MERCY, they love to watch you SQUIRM and BEG for some sort of humanity. It is DISGUSTING, SAD and SHAMEFUL how they treat people at there MERCY!!! EVMWD action and treatment of people in such SERIOUS NEED, there COMPLETE DISREGARD OF THE HORRIBLE SAD financial situation COVID 19 has had on people, who now there ONLY income is state DISABILITY check, It is almost a joy to them, they don't care if you have little kids or that the children are disabled, they don't care that you are disabled, and knowing that it is COMPLETELY ABSOLUTELY COMPLETELY out of our own hands is SO SO SAD AND SO SO SO WRONG!!!!

Wow, I'm surprised to see this place catch as much s$#% as is on here. I had a water issue that was my fault and they’ve been super kind and supportive in customer service. I’ve called many times while getting my issue resolved and never had a bad experience with any of the reps. Thank you, sincerely.
