I had an issue with an online order wherein a 3rd party delivery company (not Home Depot) had delivered a large item. After a month of trying to get through, I went into the store and the team there was extremely helpful in getting to the bottom of the issue. Although the item was not in stock at that store, a member of the team named Ocean overheard the issue and offered to check the Burbank store for one, as he was on his way there. 1 hour later, I received a call from Ocean who had located a replacement item and brought it to the store. The customer service manager and Ocean went above and beyond to help fix this issue and I'm incredibly grateful. They are under immense pressure with the amount of volume the store does, so I appreciate their taking the time to help me after waiting for over 1 month to get help from the online resources. Thank you, Ocean!

The Huntington Beach home depot has the best customer services. So friendly and helpful and knowledgeable even when they don't know what they are talking about. They are convinced about treating the customer well will win their business. They are correct! Super Job Guys. I would give you all big hugs for the sweet service with a smile, but not until after Covid-19. Which is ironically why I am getting so manythings done... Which BTW THEY DO A GOOD JOB KEEPING THEMSELVES STERILE AND GERM FREE. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK FOLKS. 💪👷 this location is so much better than North Hollywood!!!!

Went in and bought a bunch of tools. Went to Lowes afterwards to get what I couldn't find there. Its a Home Depot, nothing really exciting to note. Lines were short. Got to talk to a real person at check out. She was very nice. Not a fan of automated/ self service removing the human experience from my shopping

Not much variety of houseplants or succulents to choose from. They did have a lot of succulent arrangements if you’re in need of one. At least the plants here were alive unlike Lowe’s. Disappointed they closed the garden area checkout before I left. I parked and entered through the garden area but as I was about to leave saw the gates had been closed with no one at the register.

I agree I just left home depot not wanting to go ba Co because even after showing proof of purchase they took my stuff made me feel scared enbarased me in front of alot of people when they should of pulled me to the side. The surrounded me like if I was a committing a crime or something. And yeld at called me stupid thank u Josh and kevin lost prevention
They do have several well selected boxes for packing or whatever you need the boxes for very easy to see the different sizes everything is well displayed as always with home Depot

So you mean chest freezer?? Go to Costco Business Center. You can go there as long as you have a Costco membership. No, you don't need a Business Card to go. Regular members can also shop there. They have soooo many commercial items especially for restaurants
