After ample time and over 45 minutes on hold my report was ‘still’ not ready though I had been told the radiologist was working on it. The doctor’s office called and no response. Their call center is a joke as they just read a script and repeat the same things. I DO NOT recommend them at all.

Terribly managed facility. Told to arrive at 12:15 for a 12:30 appointment. Then told it will be a 45 minute wait after arriving. What’s the purpose of making an appointment? This has happened twice at separate locations. Why treat patients like this? Why waste so much of our time? Awful.

This place always been good to me. They are very flexible with appointments, the only place that will take you in at 10pm on a Friday.
