Mike my representative is attentive, professional and efficient. Also the young lady that checks you in is polite and takes you in a timely fashion. I also had a great experience with the gentleman who handled my loaner car. My apologies for not getting their names. However they dropped the ball when I got my car detailed. It's not a car wash service it's a detailed service. Both back and front windows have a film on them. So they are smudged most likely due to the cloth used had other product on it for either wax or such. Hopefully this is resolved correctly. Thank you Marilyn

From my first contact with Salesperson Leonard Turner I expected a pleasant experience. Much to my surprise I can honestly say my experience with Leonard and the Century West BMW staff was stellar. They had the car I wanted, it was in great condition and the price was certainly fair. I completed most of the transaction remotely and signing the paperwork in person seemed like a formality. The process was painless, quick and there were no surprises. I would recommend Century West BMW to any of my friends and family and I’m already looking forward to buying my next car from them. I just wish they were closer to my home but it was worth the (several hour) trip!

Great experience taking my car in for service for the first time. Doug who was my service advisor was wonderful. He was so polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very nice and greeted me right away when I got to the service area. Everyone at Center West BMW was very professional and kind. The customer lounge was the best! I liked a car on their website and the sales person repeatedly confirmed that the car is spotless otherwise it would not be there. I drove 3 hours to the dealership to buy this car, but the car had a giant footlong dent on the door which was probably fixed and painted by a kid. Dent was prominent and uneven to touch. Even the headlights were busted not sure what else wasn't working. Manager still wanted me to buy with a promise that he'll fix it next time. I left quickly.
