I've been with state farm with Azat for quite some time and I have to say that he is very tentative to my family's insurance needs. He is a delight to speak with over the phone, very understanding and prompt, willing to make adjustments to my policy as needed. I was very skeptical about acquiring insurance through Azat from State Farm. Once I spoke with him, he made my decision easy. The best agent I have ever dealt with! I was also an agent in the past and I can assure you that Azat is very honest and caring agent. He makes sure that all your needs are met and then some. If I could give more than 5 stars, I honestly would. Azat has always been patient and kind to me. He has always worked to explain my policy choices and options. He has gone out of his way to make sure I got the best deal, and I have by a long shot!!!! He's a straight shooter too. He won't try to "sell" you something that you don't need or if you're getting a better service somewhere else, he encourages you to do what's best for you. Ultimately, it seems as though he wants what's best for the customer (whether it's through him, another agent, or another company for that matter). What I appreciate the most about working with Azat is that he takes the time to explain the risks that come with NOT having insurance or the right kind of insurance. Because he took the time to have this chat with me, I increased my policy. I can't be more grateful because a couple months after the policy increase, I was in an accident. If it wasn't for that policy increase, I would have had to pay for a lot of the costs out of pocket. I'm glad I didn't have to! Bottom line - I stay at state farm not only because of the service of the company, but also for the service of my agent, Azat.
