Let me start with the good parts.... The staff was friendly at the visit, they were quick to get me in and out. Now onto the bad news.... When i got 2 different tests, they told me to sign up for MyChart. Except the code wasn't on my after visit summary. And when i called, i could hear laughing as people talked amongest themselves. When a lady finally talked to me, she was very very rude and wasn't at all helpful. Told me to call back at 8'o clock then immediately hung up on me. Anyone who went through the same, i am so sorry. EDIT: Called again, different number same hospital. The lady this time was MONUMENTALLY nicer and very helpful.

The staff here take their sweet time checking on anyone. You can see and hear them laughing, talking, joking, eating, etc. While sitting in a shared room for 2 hours plus waiting on someone/anyone to check on patients. It is ridiculous.

I was visiting my family. They were in surgery and I was there to pick them up afterwards at the main entrance. I sat outside for awhile, but was very hot and needed to cool off while waiting. I fully complied with COVID protocols. I was immediately asked what I was doing there and if I was going to the restroom by staff man and woman at front desk. I replied no. There was other people sitting down. They were rude and short saying I couldn't visit anyone there or go to cafeteria. They wouldn't tell me why I couldn't stay inside and cool off. I was dizzy headed, short of breath and cramping. They wouldn't let me sit down in hallway to catch my breath. Is this really how a modern hospital treats patients and family??

I drive all the way from Jacksonville every time my children need emergency care because I like this place so much. They treat patients with dignity, respect and urgency. You wait in your own private room, not a crowded dirty emergency room for hours on end.
