There isn’t enough parking in this complex & they only allow you 3 free parking passes a month. Worst of all they have a contract with Western towing & they do a sweep every night & tow plenty of cars I’ve had my car towed 3 times since living here & they charge $450 each time

Not as good since new company bought them out.. plus they illegally kept some of our deposit for “paint” - despite the fact that there was no paint damage or touch up needed. The maintenance man even told us outright that they were going to charge us no matter what.

We originally were trying to get a lease for an apartment here, but after 3 weeks of them giving us the run around to even approve us, we decided to go elsewhere. Three weeks and not even an approval. They wanted my paystubs and said they weren't sufficient, however my husbands income alone meets the rent requirements. They also tried to raise our rent by $300 AFTER we already applied and put a $200 holding fee for a currently available apartment. I do not recommend this place! I was constantly having to call to even see where we were in the process. Incredibly frustrating. We've gotten approved for multiple apartments within the same day before, so there should have been no reason why it took as long as it did. Also, to ask for more money after we applied is ridiculous. You literally apply to lock in that rent amount, as told by any leasing agent for any complex. I have never had an apartment complex do anything like that before. Very sketchy and unprofessional, glad we decided to live elsewhere.

I placed a deposit to get an apartment in your complex and came to the property and asked to see the units available (there were two options) and i was told they are both located in great locations. I get to the property and one was located right next to a train station and the other was directly in front of a scrap yard. Both of which would be extremely loud. Then i looked at the reviews and saw lots of complaints for these very reasons. I asked Christian about this and he said people always complain, and he doesn’t read the reviews. I told him he should, because they are really bad and many are about him. He states He used to live here and it wasn’t a problem. I also asked why he thought those were good locations in the complex. U couldn’t possibly get any worse. I told him he should have been more honest with me. Not once did he mention the scrap yard or the train station or the noise or complaints, as if I wouldn’t find out. I told my other perspective roommate about my concerns and we decided to not move in the community. I asked for my deposit back and they refused to give it back to me even though the time frame has not passed for them to return it to me. Worst place ever. They will do anything and say anything to get u to move in. Read all the reviews! It’s overpriced and is NOT in a great area. So many other great options nearby. Do your homework! Don’t trust this community and do NOT waste your money to live there. I don’t know how people could do business like that and lie just to get people to move in and then take your deposit when you confront them and want your deposit back that is yours. Absolutely horrible experience here! Thank God I didn’t move in and they will Never get another dime from me after stealing my 100$ refundable deposit.
