They're always misplacing my mail! I've had nice neighbors on some occasions but this isn't always the case. Oh and they never answer the phone!

Worst one ever. Lived in this area for 17 years. Since we moved to the new address we constantly get mail from other people. Similar street number but switched digits. Maybe the person sorting the mail should not be dyslexic. Even election mail. Anyway, had to pick up the mail from them a few times. Nobody comes to the door for 10minutes plus. Maybe if someone actually answered to the door bell in a timely matter, they wouldn’t have to post a sign to ring the bell once. Today I need to report a broken in collection mail box and as with other cutsomers nobody answers the phone.

The sign on the wall says "ring bell once for service". I rang it. About 10 minutes later another gentleman rings it. In the meantime, I can hear carts being pushed back and forth behind the door. I can see people walk by through the mail drop slot. I waited over 20 minutes just to pick up a package. That was after 5 other people came and went after waiting for what seemed like an eternity. The only reason anyone eventually answered the door was because someone called and asked why we hadn't been helped yet. I hope I never have to return to this post office.
