Staff is amazing!. Service requests are performed timely, Manager is on point. Parking is not that great and no gate, but if you can get over that, it's a very quiet place. Some rift raft walking through and random neighbor parties/loud, some arguments between party people, but comes with the territory.

When we applied for these apartments we were still living in Florida. They made the process super simple and worked with us to get everything done before we got there. Ramona was the one we spoke to all the time and who greeted us on our first day, she showed us the apartment and got us all set up. I, unfortunately, don't know the name of the other lady but she was super helpful as well with any questions we had. Ramona also went as far as to personally learn how to turn the fire pit works when we asked about it. So far everything has exceeded our expectations

Currently a resident at Breeze Hill and the employees Jessica and Napoleon are amazing. They answered all of my questions, gave me a full tour of the property, and even offered treats to my little pup. Bonus points. So happy to call this place home. It's in a great locations, but secluded enough for privacy.

A great place to call home! The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are always willing to help when an issue arises. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The gym is open 24/7 and kept in great shape. My husband and I ecently moved here from Arizona and we couldn’t be more happy with our apartment. With a great home comes a great staff!
