Highly recommend GSS speaker repair. I own some high end, very expensive monitors that needed the surrounds replaced. Being bit of an audiophile, I was very nervous about how they would sound afterwards. I can safely say Singh is the man! After I got the monitors back, I played them for about 100 hrs to break-in the the serviced drivers before giving them a good listen in my main listening room, comparing them to more expensive monitors. The imaging is spot on, tone, timing, speed and soundstage were very good for the pair, the bass sounded tight and accurate, not bloated; no hint of sounding like they've been repaired. On top of that they looked great, as if the monitors came from the factory. No sloppy glue mess or surround mismatch, it was all spot on and couldn't tell they were repaired. The speakers retained their musical charm, the most important bit. For what Singh did, the price was very reasonable and turnaround was quick. He also called me the moment they were ready for pickup.

They replaced the rubber surround on my Cerwin-Vega speaker, did a great job. not very pricey either.

Yes.... Well... I've only gone in to get service for three sets of speakers... I'm currently waiting for the results of tge repairs. I will say fir 1st impressions, Stephanie is very Professiinal, and as well or even more, he is entertaining, to say the least, LoL, and He also presented me, with a fine personal selection of Classic Trax, from Bob Marley, to The Beatles... So! With walking away, assured of the detailed conversation, my speakers were or are in good hands. I will follow up with tge results, after picking up my order....

These guys are legit! I just happened to be driving by omw somewhere else and noticed them. I've had a non working 10" Rockford sub in my trunk for a while now so i stopped in real quick and explain to man at counter my situation and asked if he'd by chance have a second to look at my sub to assess it's problem (either now or in future). He took the whole thing apart right there , gave me honest feedback about problem and eventually let me know it's probably not worth the fix (cost vs new one/amt of damage etc)..but gave me a honest and respectful quote as it was..and i still might get it fixed by them. Highly recommended for ANYY speaker needs!!

You should concern yourself with the quality of service that GSS provides...not the price of the repair. Excellent service - reasonable professional prices. Highly recommend !!!
