Maintenance crew have always been prompt and courteous when responding to "interior" problems - lights, stove burners, outside lights. The grounds maintenance crew take great care of most of the grounds however on the back side of the complex I usually have to call and have sidewalks cleared of dried branches, leaves, trash and some sort of "fruit" which gets stepped on leaving sidewalk sticky and attracts ants. Just wish they would give back area same sort of care as the rest of complex.

Since I have moved to this complex every maintenance issue I have had as been resolved with utmost efficiency. I haven’t had to wait for days for my problem to be fixed. As a military member myself this place is not bad for the money everything is close by and it about 10-20 minutes to base with and without traffic. To be honest the rent is way cheaper than any other location I have seen in San Diego and I looked for over 2 months for a place and this place was one of the few within my budget. They pet friendly as it was hard to find a place that accepted big dogs larger than 20 pounds. Location is also very family friendly as the schools around here are good.

Very very expensive place for the place it is , halls are dirty the general manager Lady Cristina is very Rude ! Place is not worth it ! Thank you Eva for your kindness you were the only person there with properly manners Good for You! Terrible place to live !

My boyfriend and I have been living here for a few years now, and so far it has been an overall good experience! The property is nice, The living space is on the spacious side for what is offered. It's very convenient having a washer and dryer inside the place and also being close to the freeway and about 5 minutes away from multiple essential stores. Eva up at the front office is also very nice and always very helpful.
